  13. Is there any util. that renames or renumbers batch files for WinNT,
  14. Win3.1, or DOS?  I have 5 group of files all number filename0001.xxx to
  15. xxx0100.xxx, I would like to have all with the some name and numbered
  16. 0001.xxx to 0500.xxx.
